Pricing Policy
Thank you for choosing Egypt Day Trips. To ensure a smooth booking experience, we kindly request that you carefully review the following payment procedures and terms:
Day Trips
For our day trips, we require a 50% down payment. You may pay the full amount directly to your tour guide on the day of the tour. Payments can be made through the following methods:
- Credit Card: An additional 4% processing fee will be applied for credit card payments.
Shore Excursions
A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking for our shore excursions. The deposit can be paid using:
- Online Payment Gateway
- Bank Wire Transfer
The remaining balance is due on the same day as the tour and can be paid via the same methods listed above.
Travel Packages
A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required for travel packages. This deposit can be paid by:
- Bank Wire Transfer
- Online Payment Gateway
The remaining balance must be settled on the tour day, using the payment methods mentioned.

Refund Policy
Deposit refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. If a refund is required, it will be issued through the payment channel used for the deposit.
Business Class Flights
If business class flights are the only available option or are selected by the customer, an additional surcharge will apply to the overall cost of the tour.
Tipping Policy
Tipping is not mandatory. However, guests are welcome to tip any service provider based on the level of service received.

Should you encounter any issues or have concerns during your tour, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any problems promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.
Acceptance of Terms
By making down payment through any of the accepted methods (credit card, bank transfer, Online Payment Gateway, etc.), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions outlined in our payment, cancellation, and refund policies. These terms, once agreed upon, form the binding contract between Egypt Day Trips and the client.
Accommodation
Our standard accommodation is in double rooms with twin beds for two guests. A room with single occupancy may be arranged at an additional cost. We select high-quality hotels to ensure a comfortable stay. You are welcome to select your preferred hotel, and we will check availability and provide the best available rates. Please note that all prices are subject to change based on prevailing rates at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Same-Day Cancellations: If you cancel your tour on the same day it was scheduled, your deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations 7 or More Days in Advance: A cancellation made at least 7 days before the scheduled date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations Less Than 7 Days in Advance: Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations Less Than 30 Days in Advance: Cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled tour date will be eligible for free cancellation.
Payment Schedule
- 0-1.99: No charge for the entire tour.
- 0-5.99: No charge for tours that do not require domestic flight tickets.
- 2-5.99: A 25% deposit is required for tours that do not include domestic flight tickets.
- 6-11.99: A 50% deposit is required.
- 12+: Full payment for the tour is required per adult guest.
